The Bridle Group is one of the UK’s largest vehicle leasing specialists with offices throughout the UK, supplying vehicles to both individuals and business customers. We’re looking for Business Support Officers to join our team who are responsible for ensuring that we have a balanced approach to risk, achieve our regulatory obligations and most importantly, seek continuous improvement to our customer journey. If you’ve worked in the vehicle leasing industry or an FCA regulated industry, it would be an advantage but is not essential. This full time permanent role is based at our Head Office at North Leigh, just outside of Witney, Oxfordshire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support as part of a team assisting in risk and compliance management
- Ensuring that customers receive their desired outcomes by assessing performance against KPIs
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets, reports and other business documents, maintaining them in a confidential and an easily accessible format

**If this sounds interesting to you, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate**
- A proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail with problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential
- An ability to build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships
