Traffic/transport Planner

**Amour Recruitment** is working in partnership with a great logistics company based in **Nursling** who is seeking a **Traffic/Transport Planner** to work on a late shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is an experienced planner / administrator, customer facing hands on focused individual looking to join and work within a team of professional staff in a very busy Traffic office environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Dispatching and debriefing drivers.
- Overseeing the Night Operation, Booking VBS Slots, Dealing with Breakdowns
- Amending the routing plan as required on a day by day basis.
- Answering the telephone liaising directly with driver, colleagues and customers to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Log claims, drivers fines & parking infringements

**Personal requirements**:

- A can do attitude.
- Strong administration skills
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Previous Transport planning (or similar) would be a strong advantage

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 4pm
- 2am (ability to be flexible for business demands)

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
