Role Summary/Purpose:
Are you ready to make an impact in the renewable energy sector? Join the Project Management Office (PMO) of a leading Renewable Energy/Wind Offshore company as a Technical Author. Our PMO is responsible for efficiently managing our project portfolio and providing our global Offshore teams with the necessary tools, safety standards, equipment, and processes for successful project delivery.

As a key member of the UK's project management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Engineering Completions team by composing technical documentation, work instructions, and method statements in line with engineering dispositions and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Background in technical authoring or an engineering-related university degree.
- Excellent English literacy skills, both written and verbal.
- Methodical approach with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience manipulating 3D CAD models to extract illustrative data.
- Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
- Willingness to climb wind turbines as needed to understand engineering changes and capture supporting photographs.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills: The following qualifications and skills would be advantageous for this role:

- Experience with Wind Turbines.
- Background in HV (High Voltage), MV (Medium Voltage), or LV (Low Voltage) Electrical work.
- Experience with offshore wind pre-assembly.

Experience/Requirements: To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK customs requirements.
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining a high quality of service.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Language Skills: French speaking would be a great benefit in this role.
