£34 to £40 per hour PAYE or £45 to £55 per hour umbrella rate

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Open ended contract role, dependant on projects and requirements estimated timescales may be extended.

Decommissioning Engineer / Commissioning Engineering Project Manager sought for a key project within this global manufacturing brands current expansion of its Clevedon facilities.

The role will be suited to experienced PM's from manufacturing/engineering/Capital Equipment backgrounds with equipment/site relocation experience. Decommissioning, system and machinery improvements/developments (future proofing of legacy machinery) andcommissioning at new site is key exposure for this project.

The post of Project Manager for Decommissioning/Commissioning will own all deliverables of the project and assist with moving the manufacturing facility to chosen suppliers facility and validate process before production is re-initiated.

Main deliverables within the role will include but not limited to..

Process mapping, process flow, DFMEA, PFMEA, audits, design etc.

Supplier selection and Supplier visits

Specify New Equipment, obtain budget quotations and final quotations after team review

Raise CAPEX and raise PO's

Design reviews

Equipment lead time and coordination of bulk material delivered to supplier

FAT (commissioning) (Factory Acceptance Testing)

SAT (commissioning) (Site Acceptance Testing)

CRW (Change Review Worksheet)

Decommissioning

Move Equipment into the new location

Commission moved equipment

SHE risk assessment

Operator training

Maintenance training

Build notes, WI's and process documents, control plan validated

PPAP or equivalent (Production Part Approval Process)

SOP (start of production)
