Soho Bars (London) Ltd have created a brand new and exciting role within the organisation. We are on the lookout for a Host and Bookings Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time basis. We are a very diverse, warm, and friendly team. Soho Bars (London) Ltd comprises of two vibrant late-night bars, Freedom Bar Soho (LGBTQ+) and Soho Residence.
- **Job Role**:_
- Managing bookings, either in person, over the phone, or online.
- Greeting and seating bookings on arrival.
- Take Pre-payments and card authorisations in line with our booking terms.
- Coordinate some large private hire events with up to 150 PAX.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access to produce correspondence and documents.
- **Desirable skills and attributes;**_
- Ability to create a repour with clients and guests alike.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Previous hosting/hospitality experience desirable but not essential.
- A conscientious team player with a good sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi -task with good attention to detail.
- Bright and outgoing personality.
- Fluent English is essential.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
