Freight Forwarder

Freight forwarder required for Air and Ocean freight, upto £35k. This is a global logistics company that handles freight on the global scale for a wide range of companies. They handle, import, export, store and transport freight in the UK for a wide range of companies. This freight forwarder job is a exciting time to join this company, they are paying upto £35k salary and is a mon-fri role. On the ocean side they handle both FCL and LCL for deep ocean, they do EU sea freight and air freight as well.

The role
As a freight forwarder you will be responsible for the end to end freight forwarding of goods either on import or export. Part of this role you will Complete the end-to-end process for all ocean export consignments (FCL & LCL), Liaise with overseas agents, Merchant haulage, and shipping lines, Complete all export documentation and Complete customs entries. This role will include all the normal freight forwarding duties

Expeirence
We are looking for a freight forwarder with ocean and air freight forwarding experience, the ocean freight will include deep ocean with both FCL and LCL. You will have some knowledge of UK customs entries. You will be organised, great customer care skills and able to deal with a range of exports.
