**About the role**:

As Finance Assistant you will serve a key role in supporting the General Manager with all things finance.

**A snapshot of your key responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation accurately.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Support the General Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management as required.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Finance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
