31 hours weekly

6.30am to 9am and 3 till 6.45

6.30pm finish fridays

cleaning duties included

light maintenace roles may be required

gritting in winter

some external cleaning may be required

fire alarm testing

legionella little used outlets

DBS required for this role

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £9.74-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (required)
- caretaker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS certificate (preferred)
