**Join the Green Team as a Ticketing Assistant**

It's an exciting time to work at Forest Green Rovers and we're looking for ticketing assistants to cover our home fixtures throughout the season.

**Rate of Pay**

Under 18's - £8.50 per hour

Over 18's - £13 per hour

**Ticketing assistants' duties**
- Sell match day tickets and club merchandise
- Deal with customer queries efficiently
- Reconciling up after matches

**Hours of work**

Green Matchday shifts are on matchdays including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.

**About You**

We are looking for people who can show they are committed to consistently providing excellent customer service. We take our fan experience seriously and are looking for polite people who can use their initiative and help handle issues as they arise. You must work as a team member and act as one of the many friendly faces of Forest Green Rovers Football Club.

If you have a passion for sustainability and an interest in sport is a must.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £8.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
