**£29,196 - £42,487 per annum including London weighting**

The Faculty of ESOL wishes to appoint a dedicated and inspiring Lecturers to provide high quality teaching to 16-18s and adults in a busy further education environment.

The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality teaching and academic support that enables learners to reach their potential and can cover programmes across ESOL (English for Speakers of other Languages), Maths and ICT / Digital Skills.

**2 x Permanent - 36 hours per week**

**Skills and Experience**

The ability to deliver excellence in teaching and learning. Ability to relate to and motivate students from a variety of backgrounds and ages, and to employ effective teaching strategies.
- English and Maths - must be qualified to a minimum of Level 2
