**Communications Project Lead - 9 Month FTC**

**Bristol/Hybrid working**

As Marketing Manager with Bupa Dental Care, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager with managing the day-to-day tasks that surround the closure of several dental practices. Representing the Customer Communications workstream, you will work with other workstreams around the business to ensure the smooth transition of each practice sold.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- You will be representing the Customer Communications workstream at project meetings
- Ensuring that the list of tasks for each practice sale is complete on behalf of the Customer Communications workstream
- Ensure project documentation, timing plans and trackers are kept up-to-date and are accurate
- Liaise with our CRM agency to ensure patient communications are issued on time and within budget
- Manage comments on social media
- Update Google my Business entries to ensure they are reflective of practice status
- Liaise with the digital team to ensure web updates are managed
- Work with the digital lead to ensure PPC is switched off when required
- Work with the External Relations team to in regards to local news stories
- Track spend and ensure activity is aligned to budget
- Work collaboratively with other workstreams to ensure the smooth transition of each practice sold

**Skills required**:

- Ability to grasp tasks quickly
- Ability to work with colleagues at different levels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently
- Good at multitasking and keeping clear records of tasks complete

**Experience**:

- Marketing and customer communications experience required
- Project Management experience desirable, but not essential
- Degree educated or equivalent
