**Job Profile for Contracts Manager - SW252998**

Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Fulham, are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis. The Contracts Manager will be overseeing multiple residential projects across London varying from £2M to £15M in value across theLondon area. One the key, initial projects will be an RC frame project consisting of 47 apartments, based in Kentish Town, which is starting shortly. Further schemes will consist of residential and mixed-use projects. The Contracts Manager will be reportingthe MD and will be responsible for all aspects of the projects that are being delivered.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a growing Main Contractor that can offer growth, progression and an excellent package for the right individual.

**Contracts ManagerPosition Requirements**
- A proven track record of running residential / mixed-use developments in the £10M - £15M range
- Experience of working with a developer, together with liaising with the technical designer and QS to ensure the project is delivered to specification, on time and within budget
- Be able to build and maintain good working relationships with sub-contractors
- Able to work across London
- Good tenure (no job hopping / lots of freelance work)
