Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean environment
- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and help with training new staff

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery setting
- Knowledge of preparation techniques and terminology
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team
