PROJECT MANAGER
Our Client
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for one of our clients, based in Worcestershire.
Job Responsibilities
- Delivery of projects on time and to forecasted budget
- Effective and robust commercial management, monitoring and forecasting across projects
- Drive project execution; track delivery; expect, monitor and control change
- Develop project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements and deadlines
- Building and maintaining close relationships with clients
- Ensure project plans, risk and method statements and waste management plans are submitted on time
- Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems
- Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement
- Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications
- Ensure team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes
- Lead by example setting the highest standards for all site fitting teams
- Ensure compliance with latest HSE standards, implementing company procedures
- Ensure all sites have the latest and most current safety information
- Higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience
- A track record of successful management and delivery of projects
- Excellent communication
- Influencing and relationship building
- proactively builds productive relationships with internal and external partners
- Planning and organising effectively
- Delivering results by remaining calm, effective and positive
- Show initiative and problem solving to drive solutions
