**REPORTS TO**: Leisure Manager

GolfX at the Kingfisher Hotel, Golf & Country Club is a purpose built driving range, offering golfers 10 floodlit bays all powered by Toptracer - the most advanced ball tracking technology that captures and displays ball flight in real-time.

**Job brief**

We are looking for a positive and hard working individual to join us on our busy driving range. You will have exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills and be confident working both alone and as part of a wider team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and works to ensure that all GolfX customers have the best experience during their visit.

**Responsibilities**:

- To meet and greet all customers and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- To update the Leisure Manager with any issues regarding the range.
- To create a strong rapport with customers that will help lead to upselling opportunities and return business.
- Be fully knowledgeable of all on all price structures, inclusive of any deals and packages that are running alongside daily range operations.
- Be confident on how Toptracer operates and be able to assist customers with the system and be prepared to explain and demonstrate how competitions work. (Full training will be given).
- Complete all daily range tasks as per directions from Leisure Manager to the highest possible standard.
- Use initiative in all aspects of Golf X operations to help drive revenue.
- Have an active involvement in the development of our Golf X social media content.
- Have a high level of understanding with the direction and professionalism of the business
- Be committed to being proactive in all Golf X initiatives in the short and long term
- Collect golf balls, wash and replenish as needed
- Where required, assisting the Leisure Manager in other duties both within the Golf X facility and across the wider Kingfisher site.

This is a team driven organisation and you may well be asked to carry out tasks or be responsible for something outside of what is stated above.
