Bricklayer Heritage

**Duties**:

- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other types of masonry units
- Construct walls, partitions, fireplaces, chimneys, and other structures
- Cut or shape bricks to fit around windows, doors, and corners
- Use hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels
- Operate power tools including saws and grinders for cutting and shaping materials
- Weld metal parts where necessary for structural support
- Work on roofing projects as required
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals on site

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role
- Proficient in various masonry techniques including bricklaying
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools effectively
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques is advantageous
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
