Customer Relations Advisor

Hours of work: Part time 20 hours per week covering hours of 06:00-22:00

**Salary**: £11.95 per hour + pension, free gym membership

We are currently looking to add a Customer Relations Advisor to join our front of house team at Brentford Leisure centre. This centre boasts; Gym, 2 Swimming Pools, 2 Studios, Café, 3 Squash Courts, 8 court sports hall and a soft play.

What is the job of a Customer Relations Advisor

Reporting to the Retention Manager as a Customer Relations Advisor you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers by helping with bookings, access to the centre and dealing with new and existing membership enquiries
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception area
- Monitor and control entry to the Centre
- Ensure all customer sales and bookings are managed correctly, assisting customers in their choices
- Assist customers in weighing up their options, supporting the right choice of membership each individual customer
- Positively and proactively drive retention, adhering to the Lampton group sales driving and reporting procedures
- Manage Prospects and Swim School database and contribute towards lead generation in accordance with marketing planning, including outreach
- Accurately undertake cash handling and reconciliation procedures and administrative duties, as required
- Assist in the communication and promotion of the centre’s services, ensuring all information given is correct and up to date.
- Ensure that the reception area is secure and maintained to the required standards of cleanliness and repair
- Deal with complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely in accordance with Company guidelines

We are looking for someone that
- Experience of working within a front of house or reception type role
- Experience of delivering first class customer service
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and persuade
- Good computer skills ideally have experience of using a CRM / Booking software ideal
