Medical professional with experience in working with premature, special needs and multiple needed (Curriculum development)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a medical professional with experience in working with families with premature, special needs and multiple to review and develop our current course’s module. The module provides training on best practices and techniques for supporting these families with care, support, and guidance. The learners are generally non-medical support workers who live and support families in the first few months.

This is a flexible role that can be completed around other commitments.

**Responsibilities**:
Review and update the current module

Develop new content and resources

Deliver live online training ( 3 times a year)

Prepare e-learning material for further studies

Research current medical practices and best practices for working with premature and special needs children

Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure course content is accurate and relevant

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, child development, or psychology
- At least 5 years of experience working with premature and special needs children and their families
- Strong writing and research skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with medical professionals and families
- Proficiency with learning management systems and instructional design tools
- Passion for helping professionals provide the best possible care to premature and special needs children and their families
