Cranswick Gourmet Sausage, (Lazenby’s) is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated _**Production Planning Scheduler **_to_ join the team and play a vital role in the ongoing development of our site, which produces premium sausages for leading supermarket chains.

As a Production Planning Scheduler you will ensure production plans are prepared, updated and communicated to enable customer orders to be produced in a timely and efficient manner. Full support and training will be provided from our team of experienced colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has a good work ethic and will adhere to achieve the high standards set within the company

The role will be 6pm - 6am on a 4 on 4 off basis

**Main duties include (but not limited to)**:
As a Production Scheduler you will be responsible for the following
- Ensure that all statutory Legal, Food Safety and customer requirements are met
- Creation of the day-to-day production/mixing plans
- Making sure plans are reflective of deadlines and are the most efficient they can be
- Inputting of orders and stocks
- Assist the Planning Manager with any daily reports
- Look for ways to continuously improve the factory
- Maintain our very good relationship with other departments

- Excel skills and previous planning are an advantage
