Castle Vale Community Housing (CVCH), part of The Pioneer Group, is a community-led organisation where the customer and community is at the heart of everything we do.

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Lettings Assistant to join us on a permanent basis to support the New Tenancy Officer and the Commercial Team in providing a friendly and efficient allocations service.

As our Lettings Assistant, you will provide administration support to assist with the allocations and lettings of properties to ensure a fast and effective turnaround of void properties.

You will also provide a first point of contact for general enquiries across the allocations services.
- Experience in a similar environment or a Basic understanding of social housing
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience of working in difficult situations with multiple competing priorities
- A good basic education including English and Maths qualifications and an ability to communicate potentially difficult decisions with confidence.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
