Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Bookkeeper / Administrator to join a small team in a very successful tech based consumer business.

You will be working closely with the CEO.The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience.

**Essential Skills Required**:

- Minimum AAT Level 3 Qualified
- Confidence in working with a range of cloud accounting software and apps
- Experience of using a cloud based ERP Stock Inventory Management software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to liaise confidently with a range of suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team

**Main Responsibilities**:

- VAT Return
- Processing of receipts
- Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
- Reconciling supplier statements, Bank reconciliation
- Managing employee expense Claims
- Overseeing payroll
- Handling the accounts payable ledger
- Managing weekly cash flow
- Preparing the books for the accountant

You will also have the opportunity to get involved with other exciting projects and get a real insight to other areas of the business, so this role would ideally suit an ambitious individual, someone who is looking to progress their career in a fun, excitingtech based industry. sector.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
- The role will be office based to start, and once you have a solid knowledge of the business, a more flexible approach can be offered.

**Salary**: £26,000 pa to £32,000 pa + Company Pension, On-Site Parking, Social and Company Events.
