**Full Job Description**

Crockers Tring are looking for a front of house staff member to join their team. In this role you will deliver our fantastic, relaxed guest experience in an informal environment.

You will work around 45 hours a week. Experience in a restaurant environment is preferable but not required, as is a drive to learn, work hard and deliver a great customer experience.. Starting salary is £22,250 and with your share of service charge this can increase up to £30,000 per year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and clearing down after service
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of all bar sales/food operations as determined by the restaurant manager
- To be aware of all relevant emergency and evacuation procedures
- Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the restaurant and bar at all times
- Ensure total guest satisfaction is achieved

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
