No Letting Go Bristol South is an inventory management company. We work with local letting agents to provide detailed reports pre and post tenancy as well as interim property inspections.

**Job description**

Looking for a Part Time inventory clerk to support a growing business. If you’re currently unemployed or can work during the day time, have a valid driving license (with access to a car) and are based in North Somerset, this could be the role for you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
To carry out property inventories, check-in/check-out and assessment reports in line with agreed timescales and service standards

To compile the inventory report and check-in/check-out reports via our in-house software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete

To arrange, then collect and return keys to and from Estate agents ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection

To meet tenants or agents at the properties at the agreed times

To ensure that all appointments are attended on time

Your attributes:

- Reliable and conscientious
- Positive and energetic
- Keen attention to detail
- A self-starter who can work unsupervised
- A caring attitude with a diplomatic approach
- Well organised and a good communicator
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Able to work flexibly within a standard working day, including occasional Saturdays
- Computer literate (access to a tablet preferable)
- A car owner with a valid license

No Letting Go produces comprehensive unbiased Property Inventory Reports and Check-in / Check-out of tenants, on behalf of Letting Agents and Landlords. As the only national brand in the market, we’re setting new standards within Inventory Management for the Lettings sector.

**Job Type**: Part-time (with scope to increase alongside business growth)

**Salary**: Competitive

Location: Whitchurch, Bedminster Down, Long Ashton, Nailsea, Congresbury, Yatton, Clevedon, Weston-Super-Mare, Winscombe, Cheddar, Chew Magna, Paulton

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.00-£12.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Yes, very mínimal contact with tenants and ask them to leave when doing check out's or meet outside for check in's. Mask wearing is always advised.
