**People Manager**

**Salary** - £45,000 plus benefits

**Location **- Leatherhead

**Full time** 39 hrs per week part time considered

This new role is a brilliant opportunity to drive our agenda and deliver a People service which values colleagues and puts them at the heart of what we do.

Every day is different in this varied and fulfilling role you will be responsible for the provision of a high quality People Service through all stages of the employee lifecycle with the aim to achieve our People strategy. You will be a trusted business partner working closely with the Senior Leadership team and managers to deliver the People strategy and ensure the achievement of Transform's strategic goals.

**About you**

We are ideally looking for someone who has:

- Successful delivery in a similar HR level role
- Structured and results-orientated with ability to deliver under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent management skills with ability to develop and support high performance.

**About Transform Housing & Support**
