**Job Title: Service Director - Coolers, Chillers, and Refrigeration**

**Location: Midlands to the South of the UK**

Are you a seasoned professional in the field of coolers, chillers, and refrigeration with a passion for leadership and service excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Director. This position is based in the Midlands to the South of the UK, where you will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with service managers to ensure top-notch service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the service team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- **Team Management**: Oversee and manage a team of service professionals, ensuring their training, development, and performance meet and exceed company standards.
- **Operational Excellence**: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness in the service department, optimizing processes to enhance customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators.
- **Client Relationships**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service solutions.
- **Technical Expertise**: Leverage your technical expertise in coolers, chillers, and refrigeration systems to guide the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- **Collaboration with Service Managers**: Work closely with service managers to provide support, guidance, and assistance when needed, fostering a cohesive and efficient service delivery network.
- **Budget Oversight**: Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective service operations without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the coolers, chillers, and refrigeration service industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of refrigeration systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a diverse team.

**Salary**: £85,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
