We are looking for experienced bar staff to join our team. You will need to be friendly, diligent and excel working as part of the team

We are currently looking for experienced bartenders to join our enthusiastic wedding and events team.

Mytton Fold is an independently owned hotel boasting a great location, 37 bedrooms, 2 bar areas, 4 function rooms plus a restaurant. We have a busy calendar ensuring no two days are the same.

You will need to be friendly, diligent and excel when working as part of a team.

Previous bar experience is desirable but not essential. A basic knowledge of wine is helpful, and previous experience working within a similar environment.

Training will be provided to help improve techniques and maintain our high standards.

Seasonal opening hours and nature of the business requires an individual who can work anytime from 9am - 2am dependant on the season/ events calendar.

**Responsibilities**:

- General bar duties, including drinks dispensing, serving food, peripheral and cleaning.
- Working closely with the management team to effectively conduct all bar and event operations / setting up for events.
- Engaging with customers and responding to general enquiries.
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and cleaning public areas
