- Aspire People Limited- **Job description**: Aspire People are currently recruiting healthcare teaching assistants to work in a special needs school located in the Lincoln area on a daily basis, as-and-when-required.

This particular school are looking for a teaching assistant that has experience working in the care sector, who is interested in utilising their skills within education. This particular school caters for students in KS1 and KS2.

This school are currently recruiting to start immediately with a rolling contract. Option to go permanent and pay rate is £80-£87 per day.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone from an education background or those that have worked within Healthcare/Support Work and can be completely flexible. Pick and choose when you work

The Role
- Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 15:30 - You pick when you work
- Long-term contract with the option of extending or just "here and there"
- Working one to one with students
- Working with a number of assistants and working collaboratively with the class teacher
- Developing social and cognitive development
- Supportive senior leadership team
