**Salary**: £30k - £35k + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000 and above)

Reed is proud to be working with an award-winning brokerage firm in Glasgow, who currently has a vacancy for an employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor. This opportunity would be perfect for an advisor who is ambitious and driven, ideally with whole ofmarket experience - though an exceptional banking mortgage advisor would happily be considered.

This is a permanent full-time position with excellent salary and benefits.

The role is **office based**, with nearby parking and convenient public transport links.


**What will you be doing?**
- Offer professional and impartial mortgage & protection advice
- Advise on life cover, critical illness cover, income cover and family income benefit ensuring customers are fully protected
- Provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through their mortgage journey
- Maintain comprehensive market knowledge and adhere to relevant compliance requirements and FCA regulations
- Liaise with lenders, estate agents, introducers and solicitors when required to ensure a smooth process for the customer from start to finish


**About You**:

- Ambitious, confident, and proactive
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- At least 1 year experience providing regulated mortgage advice
- Full CeMAP or CII qualifications or equivalent
