Fixed Term Lecturer in Performance and Production

We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Lecturer in Performance and Production Arts based at our Willerby Grove, Peterlee campus (with an expectation that you will be able to work across all 3 sites) on a fixed term basis working 18 hours per week until January 2024 as part of Maternity Cover.

**Main Duties of the Role**:
Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by working flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards in the delivery of allocated teaching programmes, including the associated organisational, coordination and administrative responsibility.

**Essential Requirement**:

- A level 4 or above teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE) or willing to work towards
- Minimum of Level 4 qualification in Performing / Production Arts or related discipline
- Experience of delivery to a wide range of learners (14-19+)
- Experience of successfully teaching on Performing Arts related courses
- Proven track record of delivering good and better teaching
- Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Suitability to work with children and/or vulnerable adults
