We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our Estate Facilities and Maintenance Team.
- Under direction of the Head of Estate Grounds and Facilities Maintenance, this role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the estate, including but not limited to electrical, joinery, plumbing and minor building repairs to ensure all buildings are maintained to required standards at all times.

Requirements for the Role:

- Tradesperson with multi-trades experience (plumbing, painting, electrical & joinery work
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
- Due to the nature of the role and the layout of the site, it is desirable for the post holder to hold a valid drivng licence
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Courteous and pleasant attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving
- Good attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisational skills
