**Clerk to the Governing Board**
**Part-time, term time only**

Strictly Education is a trusted partner to over 2,000 schools and academy trusts. We want to appoint, efficient and enthusiastic clerks to join our established, well-respected team. The role is home-based and allows for flexibility. There is a requirement to attend schools for onsite meetings. Knowledge of school governance would be an advantage; however, this is not essential.

**The Role**
- organisation of governing body meetings, recording of clear and accurate minutes
- provide procedural, regulatory, and governance advice
- support stakeholders with a range of administrative tasks
- develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

**About you**
- strong interpersonal skills
- the ability to relate to and communicate effectively with people at all levels
- attention to detail
- a clear and concise communicator, capable of producing written content to a high standard
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- capability to work independently
- ability to build and maintain professional working relationships
- able to use, MS Word, Excel and video conferencing platforms
