**Full-time - 32.5 hours per week / 52.14 weeks per annum**

**Teachers’ Main/Upper pay range - £28,000 to £38,810 / £40,625 to £43,685**

**Plus a TLR2c payment - £3,017 per annum**

**To commence 4th September 2023**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a phase leader to join our school. This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference and ensure that pupil outcomes and aspirations are maximised.

This position would be ideally suited to an experienced leader or an excellent practitioner looking for a new challenge. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and skilled teacher who can evidence their previous impact on pupil outcomes and demonstrate a commitment to raising standards for pupils. We are looking for a creative, adaptable and reflective practitioner with the ability to enthuse, lead and enhance the daily practices of other staff across the phase.
