A rapidly growing company based in Luton are looking to hire an experienced Credit Controller. The role will work within a collaborative finance team to own the debt collection process.
The role requires someone who can be proactive with reminders, chasing overdue invoices and building relationships with customers. You'll be required to manage your own workload, and report to management with monthly aged debt reports.
This is an office-based role and offers free on-site parking.
**Duties**:

- Autonomous role and drive the credit management of the business
- Focus on monitoring, reviewing, implementing and improving collection policies and procedures
- Encourage and develop strong relationships with the finance team and customers
- Raising invoices and sending them to customers
- Reconciliation of incoming cash
- Support the business and its strategic decision-making process through monthly financial management reporting and project activities
- Chasing overdue invoices and monies owed
- Create debtor report and overdue report
**Requirements**:

- Have at least 3-4 years of experience in Credit Control
- Ability to work autonomously and work collaboratively with a team
- Proven ability to build relationships
- Good Excel experience creating reports
