Jenson Fisher are delighted to be once again partnering with our long established client in Arbroath to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting directly into the Finance Director, the Senior Accounts Assistant willplay a key role with the daily finance operations and your responsibilities will range from purchase ledger and sales ledger to payroll, bank reconciliations whilst using multiple systems.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

- Payroll on both a weekly and a monthly basis.
- Purchase ledger processing.
- Processing payments on a daily basis.
- Sales ledger including issuing statements.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Daily use of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
- General support to the Finance Director during the month end and year end process.
