**Driver/Porter**

This is a full time Temporary position that will have a mix of duties which involve Porter on site duties, courier service, picking PPE for distribution and working with and as part of a team.

**Main Responsibilties**:

- General porter duties - receiving deliveries (milk, bread, cleaning supplies, linen, PPE and so on)
- Basic stock rotation and delivery of supplies to wards and offices
- Manual handling involved but lifting equipment and trolleys are available
- Collecting and delivering of on-site internal post
- Delivering medical samples, PPE, and confidential material
- Basic cleaning duties in and around delivery and storage areas (internal only)
- Disposal of waste in easily accessible compound
- Driver's Licence required
- To undergo Enhanced DBS Check prior to start

**Desirable knowledge, skills and experience**
- Previous experience of porter Duties
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Previous experience of working with the public
- Evidence of manual handling training

Hours: 37.5 per week
Pay: £9.50 per hour
