- We are looking for an Apprentice Project Manager to join L&Q in our Business Improvement & Change team, to gain experience in Project and Change Management.***

**Overview of the role**:
***
- The role will allow you to learn how to deliver projects and sustainable change through a combination of formal and on the job training.- You will be working with a high performing team of professional Project Managers and Change Agents to help deliver a wide variety of interesting projects across the whole organisation.- There will also be an opportunity to learn about Lean/Continuous Improvement and participate in some of the initiatives.-
- Supporting the Business Improvement & Change Team (BI&C) to deliver projects and Change following prescribed methodologies against the requirements of a range of customers.
- Managing their own small projects.
- Developing Project Documentation, Plans and Reporting.
- Assisting in stakeholder workshops.
- Taking minutes & actions from working group and other meetings.
- As an Apprentice, you will receive training to enable you to support the team in providing a first-class service to our customers. This role offers a two-year fixed term contract during which time you will undertake a Level 4 apprenticeship, which will include study towards the Association of Project Management Project Fundamentals Qualification.- The apprenticeship learning will support your development and chosen career path. Whilst undertaking your learning programme, your manager will help guide your development and day-to-day work, a mentor will provide extra support throughout your role, and you'll be working alongside experienced colleagues to learn hands-on, work-based skills.- The Apprentice will:
- Contribute to business performance and customer service delivery whilst operating in line with L&Q’s values.
- Be involved in all aspects of the Project Management process, methods, and techniques to initiate and execute projects to meet strategic objectives.
- Skills and Experience:
- Enthusiasm for the role and L&Q.
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to understand and be understood, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently, as well as being a good team player.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage/prioritise own workload.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow with a positive attitude to work.
- Ideally GCSEs in English and Maths, Grade C / Grade 4 or above.
- Strong IT Skills
