- £37-40k DOE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setting and operating specialised CNC Grinding equipment
- Producing high quality finishes on a consistent basis
- Multi axis Grinding experience would be advantageous

**CNC Grinder Skills and Experience**:

- CNC Grinding experience (ideally of Recomatic Grinders)
- Can read and interpret engineering drawings
- Produce high quality work to a high precision finish

**Competencies and personal attributes**:

- Willing to adapt proactively and positively to new challenges
- Able to repeat repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
- Good dexterity, a practical nature, meticulous attention to detail and exemplary organisational skills
- Competent on basic computer programs
- Able to communicate well, both orally and in written English.
- A hardworking and reliable attitude
