Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform excavation and earthmoving tasks. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate excavator equipment to perform various excavation and earthmoving tasks
- Dig trenches, ditches, and foundations according to project specifications
- Load and unload materials using the excavator
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator to ensure its proper functioning
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of excavator operations
- Valid NPORS or CPCS
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay: £15.00-£16.50 per hour

- In construction or quarrying: 3 years (preferred)
- Excavator: 3 years (preferred)
