Immigration Caseworker

Visas Extensions, Skilled Worker Visa, Sponsorship Licence
- Spouse & Dependent Child Entry Clearance Visas
- Family and Private Life - (FLR-FP and FLR-M, FLR-HRO) Applications
- Indefinite Leave to Remain - (All Routes) Application including Domestic Violence Application.
- Naturalization and British Citizenship Applications.
- Dealing with Immigration/ Asylum appeal

Key Responsibilities
- Managing own workload.
- Drafting representation and letters to the Home Office, Courts etc
- Advising clients in relation to the supporting documents for required visa category
- Be able to deal with immigration appeal matter including drafting witness statements, preparing appeal bundle, instructing counsel, corresponding with Tribunal and other third parties.
- Full knowledge about immigration rules and Point Based System.
- Have an ability to meet deadlines and work well in a busy office environment.
- Have good communication skills
- Be familiar with Microsoft and Outlook.
- Be able to prepare cases independently.
- Have excellent drafting skills.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
