We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines to produce a variety of parts and components for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to determine the correct dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including selecting and installing appropriate tools and adjusting machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines, including cleaning and lubricating parts, replacing worn or damaged tools, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Inspect finished workpieces for accuracy and conformance to quality standards, and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including tracking machine usage and downtime, and recording finished product quantities and defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all safety protocols and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines
- Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16.05 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, DA1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CNC: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- British Passport (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
