Administrative Assistant

Monthly bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns.
- Scanning documents and coding to our accounting softwares.
- Successfully manage a portfolio of clients.
- Reviewing sales and purchase ledger and chasing payments when required.
- Providing exceptional client service by addressing queries and resolving issues promtly and professionally.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
We are looking for a full-time individual but may consider part-time depending on the number of hours and can offer flexible hours.
