**LOCATION**:Based out of our Hayes or Chertsey office.

**What the scheme looks like**:
24 month structured scheme - including UK travel as required, including:

- 6 x 4 month rotational placements in key departments including Operations, Products and Functions i.e.. Sales, Finance
- You will also work on key business projects focused on continuous improvement, digitalisation and change management

**Skills, Experience & Educational Qualifications required**:

- Interest in project management, IT / digitalization, and data analysis/metrics
- Strong interest and motivation to start and develop a career within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry in the UK market
- Passion for providing an excellent service to our customers, with innovative ideas and practical solutions to continually improve the business
- Able to work at other sites outside Chertsey/London to deliver key projects as required
- Eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of the scheme
- Must be fluent in English
