In this role you will monitor and respond to ticketing system assignments, providing computer support on desk side and remote users globally. You will assist in coordinating project implementation and manages deployment timelines. You will be creating, maintainingand supporting Active Directory users, computer and group objects within multi-domain environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Engineer to join a cutting edge Medical Devise Systems specialist in a varied role with technical responsibility and progression opportunities.
The Role:
*Design, Configure and implement desktop hardware and software solutions
*Recommending best practise and client software solutions
*Create, maintain and support network accounts & Group Memberships
*Training for more junior technicians
*Providing technical support to the Service Desk Analysts & Desktop Support Analysts
*Office based in Basingstoke & occasional requirement to travel to Client sites
The Person:
*Must have a Full UK Drivers license
*Commutable to Basingstoke
*Commercial experience in System administration of Active Directory
*Visual Basic and Batch scripting - PowerShell is preferred
