Established for over 40 years and now one of the North West’s leading& multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic **Secondary Operations Engineer** to join our busy and expanding Laser team based in Darwen, Lancs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated **Secondary Operations Engineer**, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.

**Responsibilities**
- Efficient unloading, handling and storage of internal material, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc. to appropriate holding area
- Use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read drawings
- Experience in drilling, tapping and countersinking

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Must have worked in a similar role
- Conventional Drill/Tap/CSink Operative
- Experience using Manual Radial Arm
- Ability to work on own initiative and without constant supervision
- Reliable and flexible approach to working hours including overtime

**Working Location/Environment**

Darwen, Lancashire

**Hours & Salary**

Mon - Thurs 8.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm

£11 per hour, plus £25 per week Attendance Allowance
