We are seeking an exceptional Bar Staff to join our team

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

- Provide exceptional quality service to customers in a quick and efficient manner in line with our brand standards
- Overseeing and supporting the opening, operation, and closing
- A fabulous energetic team spirit
- Genuine passion and a good working knowledge of all beverage products - particularly wine, liquor, and signature cocktails as well as a good working knowledge of all food products. (Excellent training will be given)
- Greet customers, take orders, serve in line with our philosophy and standards
- Cocktail creations
- Coming up with creative working ideas in team meetings
- Passionate about customer service

About you
- Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of customers from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar destination cocktail lounge/bar/Nightclub
- Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
- Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
- An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
- An eye for detail
- Comfortable working in high pace energy environment
- Be immaculately presented

Skills/ Qualifications:

- Must be highly professional, outgoing, know how to generate fun
- Must be reliable with a can-do winning attitude and willingness to succeed.
- Strong organisational skills with close attention to details.
- Strong time management skills and response time.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High professionalism when working with employees, entertainers, contractors and customers.
- Must be able/ willing to work a flexible schedule as necessary This includes the ability to work overtime, bank holidays and weekends.

**Salary**: £8.00-£14.85 per hour
