Do you love the buzz of hospitality and have a passion for health and wellness? Join our team as a Shift Supervisor for Roost, supporting the daily operations and team support. We are looking for an individual to bring enthusiasm, personality and diligence to this role. Can you provide outstanding customer service and welcome our customers into the cafe? We strive to ensure that every customer enjoys their experience with us, both daily in store and at events and workshops that we run on site.

We are a small team, and all stafff are cross-trained in both Front of House and Back of House. This role is an all-rounder position including barista work, customer service and food preparation and service. Flexible shifts, with a minimum of 30+ hours per week, with ability to flex to help support with holiday cover as needed. Social hours between 7:30am-5pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 8:30am-5pm and 9:30am-3pm Sunday. Rotas given for 4 weeks in advance when possible.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £10.50 per hour
