Community Support Worker

Each employee works with an average of 3-4 clients, ensuring each care package is personalised, based on needs and goals. Each service is an average of 6-10 hours per week.
Main responsibilities
- Supporting clients with their daily tasks, such as taking them shopping, helping with chores, going out into the community etc
- Supporting clients with their long-term goals, for example using public transport abd tackling fears and anxieties, making and sticking to routines etc.
- Looking for areas to improve care plans with Management team.
- Ensuring all assessments are completed on time, and followed up with our Management team.
**Skills**:
- Must have a UK driving license
- Support experience preferred
- Self motivated and driven
- Passionate and wants to make a difference
- DBS certificate (we can cover any costs incurred)
- Business insurance on vehicle
- Excellent communication
- A people person
We're looking for staff who can work 12+ hours per week, shifts can be flexible. We cover mileage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 37 per week
