Site Coordinator - Campsite

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the site manager and staff
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Utilize Google Suite for various tasks and projects
- Assist with organizing and coordinating events or programs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and using Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
