Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker to support our service user with his complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user is a teenager, who lives with his family in a rural location close to Skegness.

He requires support throughout the night, where you will observe him, ensure his needs are met, remains safe and promote a restful environment ensuring he has a good night’s sleep.

During the day he attends school and has a great support network of family and friends, who visit him regularly. He has a good sense of humour and enjoys interaction.

His methods of communications are via facial expressions and using a variety of nonverbal techniques.

We are looking for someone who can build a close relationship with him and anticipate his wants and needs.

Due to the location of where he lives it would be preferred if you do drive and have access to a vehicle as it’s a rural area.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration

**Desirable Experience**
- PEG Feeding
- Tracheostomy Care

**We have the following shifts available;**
- 8pm - 7am Waking Nights x 3 shifts per week

**Take a look at our payrates**

Weeknights £13.00 per hour (£143 approx. per shift)

Weekends £13.50 per hour (£148.50 approx. per shift)
