Overview:
**Duties**:
Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to
- Roof Cleaning, including steam cleaning, pressure washing and scraping with biocide treatments.
- Pressure Washing and resanding of driveways.
- Gutter clearance and cleaning.
- Window Cleaning
- UPVC Spraying
- Working at heights (full training can be given)
- Reporting of maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

**Experience**:

- Current, valid driving license essential
- Previous experience in external cleaning is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
